Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Critical Care Float Pool nurse to provide advanced nursing care across ICU, Emergency Department, and Progressive Care units.

You will deliver high-acuity care, support fluctuating staffing needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings. Ideal candidates have ICU/ED or stepdown experience, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current credentials.
• BLS and ALS certifications required or preferred.
• 2+ years of critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication; remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity patient care across ICU, ED, and progressive care.
• Support fluctuating staffing needs and adapt to changing patient flow.
