Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Night Shift Float Pool Critical Care RN for CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO. The float nurse provides direct care to acutely ill patients in a highly technical environment, assesses conditions, orders tests, and assists physicians with procedures.

Requirements include Missouri RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, ACLS within one year, and preferred BSN. Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

They assess the patient’s condition, perform diagnostic tests, begin treatments and assist doctors with any required medical procedures.
