Azza HealthCare Agency in the United States seeks a registered nurse to join an interdisciplinary team, promoting preventive care, disease management, and patient education. You will provide primary clinical support, assist with triage, and develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, coordinating care, educating patients and families, implementing interventions, managing IVs, and supporting transitions of care within electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least two years RN experience, preferably in Med/Surg or hospital settings.

Role Overview:
