The Pediatric/Newborn Home Care RN Clinician 2 is an experienced clinician focused on expanding knowledge and skills. The role involves providing effective direct care to patients in their homes, managing care planning and coordination for complex patients, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, including patients' families, physicians, and other healthcare members. The position requires compliance with homecare standards and regulatory requirements, with opportunities for leadership development and mentorship.

$82,992.00 - $110,240.00 annually
Prolonged sitting, frequent standing, travel, bending/stooping; proficient communication, auditory, visual skills; ability to lift/push/pull 20-50 lbs; exposure to chemicals, blood, body fluids, infectious diseases.
