Aspire Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse Consultant (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care and consultation to residents and staff. You will develop individualized care plans, perform routine assessments, and educate the team to uphold top-tier care standards.

You will lead clinical initiatives, collaborate across the healthcare team, and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Provide routine assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
• Conduct medical staff orientation and provide ongoing education and training to staff members
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to address resident concerns and needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services
• Provide leadership and guidance to other healthcare team members
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
