Job summary

Aspire Senior Living is seeking a Regional RN Consultant to lead and support nursing teams across our senior living communities. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans, participate in quality initiatives, and guide policy development while staying current with regulatory changes impacting our operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, support, and oversight to on-site nursing teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and development of care plans for residents with interdisciplinary teams
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to address potential issues and improve outcomes
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes and apply this knowledge to inform decisions and policy development
