Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services are provided.
• BLS certification with hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Knowledge of the RN scope of practice.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Provide emergency first aid when appropriate.
• Record vital signs and other diagnostic data on-site.
• Triage and intake screenings for necessity and priority.
• Collaborate with medical services for diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Mentor new hires and cover shifts as needed.
• Report incidents and CQI-related documentation.
