Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services are provided.
• BLS certification; hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation skills and knowledge of RN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Contact practitioner to obtain orders and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Provide emergency first aid, when appropriate, and monitor vital signs on-site.
• Coordinate multiple medical services for diagnosis and treatment as directed by the practitioner.
• Maintain infection control practices and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
