Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop resident care plans.
• Ensure nursing care privacy and confidentiality.
• Check vital signs and monitor patients.
• Dressing wounds and administering medications.
• Assist with admissions and rounds with physicians.
• Initiate IVs and collect lab samples.
• Communicate with residents, families and staff clearly.
• Document resident progress notes accurately.
• Support LVNs and CNAs in daily duties.
• Ensure equipment is in good operating order.
• Respond to falls risk and safety concerns.
• Comply with infection control policies.
