Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Arizona.
• CPR/BLS required; ACLS required; PALS/TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Documents nursing care using EMR and paper records.
• Assists Case management with Medicare and insurance documentation.
• Maintains cooperative relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and staff.
• Participates in performance and quality improvement activities.
