Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• All Direct Care Registered Nurses must have Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire for Critical Care/Intermediate Care Unit.
• PALS within 90 days of hire for Inpatient Pediatrics.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)/ONCC or Sentara approved chemotherapy & biotherapy provider card within 6 months of hire.
• NRP within 6 months of hire for Neontal/Perinatal care.
