Signature HealthCARE Owensboro is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver compassionate care and work with a dedicated team. You will provide nursing services, support residents and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

We are seeking individuals with active Indiana RN licenses, supervisory experience preferred, and strong documentation skills. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Indiana.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; long-term care preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role, preferred.
• Strong observation, medication administration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift.
• Monitor and observe residents’ status; notify physician of changes.
• Develop and review individualized resident care plans with the team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per policy.
• Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Participate in QA activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
