Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes and patient-family satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership in delegating to LPNs and CNAs, accurate documentation in PCC EHR, and adherence to HIPAA and safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• English proficiency for documentation and safety.
• Health screenings (TST) as required by state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments; delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
• Lead and supervise care delivery in alignment with state practice acts.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for safe discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate real-time documentation in PCC EHR.
• Uphold HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards.
