Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks a registered nurse with a current RN license for a role at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree (associate or diploma) with BSN in progress and be able to obtain licensure by the hire date.

Prior nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency Program is preferred. A strong teamwork focus and patient-centered approach are essential. Certification in BLS/CPR is required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work at the assigned location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Strong sense of teamwork, accountability, and patient-focused care.
