Formación

• 12 months of nursing experience within the past five years, or recent RN re-entry program completion.
• LPNs transitioning to RN may be eligible under the RN Resident Program.
• Licensure: GA RN license; required BLS; ACLS may be department dependent.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document in EHRs.
• Develop and adjust care plans with patient/family input.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and provide leadership support as assigned.
• Identify learning needs and coordinate resources for patients and families.
