Job summary

Human Touch Home Health seeks a Clinical Manager – RN to lead daily clinical operations in Maryland, mentoring field clinicians and ensuring top‑tier patient care. This full‑time, in‑office role emphasizes regulatory compliance, OASIS accuracy, and team development to deliver outstanding home health services.

You will supervise RNs, therapists, social workers, and home health aides, collaborate with physicians, and drive performance improvement across the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Home Health Clinical Management or Supervisory experience preferred.
• OASIS experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with WellSky Home Health preferred.
• Passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for skilled home health services.
