BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is looking for an experienced RN Manager to lead clinical operations in our home care services. This role owns plan of care management, staff supervision, and clinical compliance to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The position emphasizes autonomy, leadership development, and collaboration with physicians, with flexible scheduling and a focus on compassionate in-home care and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• Proficient in IV infusions, medications, hydration, and TPN.
• Sales/business development mindset for client and referral growth.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and teams.
• Oversee in-home assessments meeting regulatory and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations and documentation.
• Supervise nursing team: hire, train, evaluate staff performance.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to maintain high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and staffing coverage for all cases.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification and Requirements: Must Haves:

• Active Registered Nurse RN License – Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
• Clinical Experience – At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy Expertise – Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition)
• Sales & Business Development Mindset – Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
• CPR Certification
• Leadership & Management – Strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Care Plan Development – Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management – Experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with policies.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance (Required)
• Flexibility & Availability – Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies

Nice to Haves:

• Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience – Familiarity with BrightStar Care’s business model is a plus

As the Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the clinical operations of our home care services. This Registered Nurse Clinical Manager (RN) leader will own the overall responsibility for quality, adequacy and reliability of our home care services program – Plan of Care management, staff supervision and clinical compliance.
