Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Med-Surg Educator and Patient Experience/Communication Educator to join our Educational Services department in Springfield, MO. The role uses the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop and evaluate care plans, and lead the patient care team toward outcomes in accordance with policy.

You will provide didactic and hands-on education to support staff development, strengthen clinical performance, and improve patient experience.

Job Description

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Experience

• Required: At least 2 years previous nursing experience
