Job summary

AdventHealth in Texas is seeking a Nursing Leadership role to drive strategies that enhance nursing care delivery and develop career pathways within the nursing workforce pipeline.

You will collaborate with academic and community partners, evaluate innovative programs, and lead quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes in a full-time day shift.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategies based on industry and organizational data to implement initiatives improving nursing care delivery.

• Collaborates with academic and community organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for students and prospective allied health and nursing employees.
• Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing programs, implementing changes as necessary.
• Works with leaders and stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce innovation.
• Participates in organizational leadership programs to oversee clinical quality training and develop measures to improve patient care quality.

Job Description:

Full-time - Monday - Friday (7:00am - 6:00pm) ***hours vary based on facility needs, may include weekends

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:

$81,057.60 - $150,758.40
