Job summary

AdventHealth seeks an experienced leader to advance patient safety and quality across the organization. You will coordinate improvement initiatives, guide cross‑department teams, and ensure data accuracy for performance reporting.

Requires RN with 5+ years in healthcare operations, a Bachelor of Nursing, and strong skills in MS Office and PowerBI. A Master’s in Healthcare Administration is preferred, CPQH certification a plus.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of healthcare operations experience.

Job Description

Provides high-level leadership and collaboration with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Effectively coordinates patient safety initiatives and safety culture activities, such as safety culture survey and unit culture projects. Participates with leaders and medical staff in planning, promoting, and facilitating organization-wide performance improvement and quality outcomes activities. Facilitates meetings and projects effectively, producing measurable results. Creates a positive environment that fosters innovation and change. Ensures accuracy of data collection and submission Collects, aggregates, analyzes, summarizes and reports quality data for hospital organizational performance. Recommends and facilitates process changes based on identified risks. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Windows, typing/word processing [Required]
  • Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office Products, particularly Excel [Required]
  • Proficient in PowerBI [Required]

  • Data – abstraction, collection, analysis, interpretation, and display skills [Required]

  • Regulatory, accreditation, or certification experience [Preferred]

Education
  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
  • Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
  • Field of Study: particularly in Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
Work Experience
  • 5+ years exprience [Required]
  • Experience with computers and EMR systems [Preferred]
  • Healthcare operations experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) [Preferred]

Pay Range

Pay Range: $73,673.60 - $137,051.20
