Aspire Rejuvenation Clinic in Orlando is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership ambitions to guide clinical operations while delivering hands-on patient care. The role starts in a clinical capacity and progresses toward full-time Office Manager responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years nursing experience in wellness settings, Florida RN licensure, and a proven track record mentoring teams and improving processes. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (required).
• 3+ years nursing in medical spa, wellness, or outpatient clinic preferred.
• Prior leadership experience; charge nurse preferred.
• Interest in growing into clinic management and operations leadership.
• Comfort performing injections, IV therapy, and phlebotomy.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct patient care, including injections and IV therapy.
• Record vital signs and maintain EMR accuracy.
• Educate patients on treatment protocols and safety procedures.
• Fulfill medication orders after provider review.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patients.
• Mentor medical assistants and support staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and workflow coordination.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with providers and corporate staff to improve service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency.
• Progressively assume office management duties, including inventory and daily operations.
