You will also support discharge planning and patient education in a busy healthcare setting. Ideal candidates hold a BSN, an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of nursing experience, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse License required.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and evaluate care plans.
• Document nursing care and patient changes.
• Consult with physicians and care team on plans.
• Prepare patients for exams and procedures.
• Administer medications and record accordingly.
• Communicate care plans to patients and families.
• Support discharge planning and patient transitions.
• Supervise and mentor new staff as needed.
