Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, person-centered care in the outpatient setting. Working with providers, Medical Assistants, and the interdisciplinary team, you will provide clinical expertise, care coordination, patient education, and direct nursing support.

The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) supports Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County’s mission by delivering compassionate, person-centered care using the Planetree model. The RN provides clinical expertise, care coordination, patient education, and direct nursing support in the outpatient setting. Working closely with providers, Medical Assistants, and interdisciplinary team members, the RN promotes safe, efficient, and patient-focused care. As a trusted resource for patients and staff, the Clinic RN helps create a supportive environment where high-quality care and strong patient relationships remain central. The Clinic RN serves as an advocate for patients by ensuring their needs, concerns, and preferences are heard, respected, and incorporated into their care.
