Job summary

AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the operating room. The role requires graduate nursing education, a current FL RN license, and OR experience. Certifications in ACLS and BLS are required, with quarterly renewals.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.

• Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment.
• Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care.
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing upon hire
• Minimum of 1 year operating room experience upon hire
• Current FL RN license upon hire
• Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly per RQI protocols
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly per RQI protocols

Pay Range:

$32.76 - $57.47
