Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• RN state licensure and/or compact licensure in Alabama required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and IV therapy.
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned.
• Supervise and coordinate care with licensed and unlicensed staff.
