Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• BSN within three years of hire from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN license or eligibility confirmed with SSN.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and standards of practice.
• Serve as charge nurse when assigned.
• Maintain accountability for assigned patients; supervise/coordinate activities of other staff as needed.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Assign tasks to and supervise Technicians, Patient Care Associates, and Sitters as appropriate.
