Job summary

Endeavor Health’s Elmhurst Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for the Central Resource Team/Float Pool. This full-time role offers a 36-hour work week with day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, located at Elmhurst Hospital in Elmhurst, IL.

You will provide skilled nursing care, perform assessments, and participate in care planning while collaborating with the nursing team to meet unit goals and ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if Associate Degree is the highest, must graduate with a Bachelor's within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA or BLS).
• ACLS within one year of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional RN Practice Act and hospital policies; assesses condition, plans and evaluates care, and records observations; delegates tasks and collaborates with team.
