Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse in Nevada to provide safe, competent nursing care in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes professional leadership, team guidance, and adherence to patient-centered care standards.
The position requires current Nevada RN licensure, BLS, and department-specific ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications with at least 1 year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty course. This full-time role supports a patient-focused care environment.
Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
FULL TIME VARIED
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent. BSN preferred.
One (1) year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification (Adult patients). Current PALS certification (Pediatric patients) or current NRP certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department. Other certifications as may be required by facility, specialty or department.
