Job summary

Central Carolina Hospital in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Cath Lab. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, circulate, scrub, and monitor during procedures, and assist with patient prep and recovery.

Join a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting with a single cath lab on site. The role emphasizes safe, high‑quality care, strong critical thinking, and teamwork to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license or Compact license with NC endorsement.
• BNLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Circulates, scrubs, and monitors during procedures.
• Assists with patient prep and recovery.

Our Cardiac Cath Lab team provides high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. With only one cath lab on site, this role offers the opportunity to be highly involved across all aspects of patient care and procedures.

What we're looking for

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Must be comfortable circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
