Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for night shifts, responsible for delivering and documenting patient care, performing assessments, and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires an Oklahoma RN license (or compact) and BLS. INTEGRIS offers front-loaded PTO, medical benefits, support for continued education, and 24/7 mental health resources.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in OK or multistate license from an NLC member state (required).
• BLS certification issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re-assessments.
• Development of the plan of care.
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluation of patient care interventions.
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

The Staff Registered Nurse's management of the delivery and documentation of patient care includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
