UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a registered nurse for a full-time day shift. Starting pay is $37.50 per hour with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for eligible applicants.

Qualifikationen

• RN requirements actively licensed in Illinois; assoc./bachelor nursing degree.
• CPR/BLS, ACLS required; RCIS preferred.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred in specialty. “Day shift” and full-time role.

Job Description:

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
• Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
• Demonstrates competency in therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
• Advocates for and protects the health, safety, and rights of each patient.
• Provides patient and family education based on assessment of learning readiness, needs, and ability, and evaluates the effectiveness of teaching.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) [Preferred]
