SoftPath Medical is seeking a Cath Lab RN for a cardiovascular assignment in Coastal Virginia, near Virginia Beach and Norfolk. The role involves performing minimally invasive cardiac procedures within a comprehensive cardiovascular program, with EPIC proficiency and EP electrophysiology exposure.

The schedule includes 5x8 and 4x10 shifts with rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call; candidates must have 2+ years Cath Lab RN experience, Virginia or Compact license, BLS/ACLS, and EPIC

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience.
• Experience in Critical Care (ICU), Cardiac Care (CC), or Emergency Department (ED) required.
• Proficiency with EPIC is mandatory.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Active Virginia RN license or Compact RN license required at time of application.

Location

Located in the scenic Coastal Virginia region, just minutes from Virginia Beach and Norfolk, this area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, featuring hiking trails suitable for all skill levels and over 20 waterways to explore.

Assignment Details

Schedule: 5x8 and 4x10 shifts with varying times between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., including rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call (approximately 10-14 days per month).

Assignments may also include other cardiovascular departments such as Electrophysiology, Cath, or Cath Holding.

Responsibilities include performing minimally invasive cardiac procedures within a comprehensive cardiovascular program, including electrophysiology services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab RN
• Experience in Critical Care (ICU), Cardiac Care (CC), or Emergency Department (ED) required
• Proficiency with EPIC is mandatory
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Active Virginia RN license or Compact RN license required at time of application
