Job summary

Adoration Health, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, is seeking a passionate Hospice RN to join our team in Nags Head, NC. You will provide patient-centered, 1:1 hospice care, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity at the end of life.

Qualified candidates hold RN licensure in the state, have 1 year of nursing experience (3+ preferred), and CPR certification. A licensed driver with insured vehicle is expected.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of operation
• 1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Hospice or similar setting experience preferred
• CPR certification maintained
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create hospice care plans aligned with patient wishes and goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

As a RN Case Manager You will:

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferredKnowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification in states where required.
