Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager/Home Health (RN) for a Direct Hire opportunity in Salem, OR and surrounding areas. Earn $52–$65/hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in an institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Initiate and revise plans of care based on patient needs and progress.
• Administer medications and nursing interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and wellness practices.
• Provide preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and document clinical progress.
• Support discharge planning and ongoing care transitions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Qualifications

Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting

Current BLS Certification with hands-on CPR

Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance

Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Home Health experience preferred but not required

Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills

Pay Details:

$52.00 to $65.00 per hour
