Job summary

Dove Healthcare in Wisconsin is seeking a registered nurse to become an RN Case Manager and lead a team of caregivers while coordinating and overseeing patient care.

You will mentor, train, and educate staff, supervise daily activities, review care plans, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents across our communities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN).
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

As a nurse case manager, you will:

• supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned residents and employees

Required Qualifications:
