Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing experience.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning.
• Experience with electronic medical records, preferably Epic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Manage case documentation and charting using the Epic system.
