Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic’s St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse - Case Management to provide professional nursing services in line with established standards, policies, and the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing.
This part-time, rotating 8-hour shift role requires applying the nursing process, maintaining focus in specified care areas, and collaborating across teams; may mentor staff and support governance initiatives.
The Registered Nurse-Case Management is a Registered Nurse (RN) who works in a collaborative environment at St. Mary's Medical Center to plan & provide professional nursing services & standards of practice in accordance with level of experience & education, state board of nursing & established policies & procedures.
