Job summary

IdealHire Technologies, Inc. seeks an RN Case Manager in Sitka, AK for a contract onsite role in acute care. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans across the lifespan.

• Participate in quality and performance improvement activities and maintain required competencies and certifications, including high-risk competency validation prior to completing initial preceptorship and at least annually thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska — required at time of submission
• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of Case Management experience within the last 3 years
• 2 fingerprint cards must be submitted upon acceptance; start date may be adjusted pending background check results from the State of Alaska
• Housing and transportation are not provided

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a triage or fast-paced clinical environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical systems
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
