Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associates Degree in Nursing.
• One year of experience as a professional RN; new graduates referred to the RN Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe patient care based on the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Participate in governance and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentoring as a new graduate grows.
