Job summary

Independence First is seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for supervising personal care workers and delivering personal care services. This role includes conducting home visits, consumer assessments, and developing appropriate care plans. You will report to the Manager of Personal Assistance Services.

Position Summary

Reports to the Manager of Personal Assistance Services.
