CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO is hiring a Cardiovascular Observation Unit nurse to provide goal-directed nursing care for patients needing monitoring, testing, and discharge planning. You will work in a fast-paced CV unit, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction while supporting procedural care for CCL and EPL procedures.

The role requires graduating from an accredited nursing program, Missouri RN licensure, and BLS (ACLS within one year).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in Missouri and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

The CV Observation Unit nurse utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care and teaching of patients and families. The CVO Unit nurse provides pre and post procedural nursing care for patients undergoing CCL and EPL procedures.
