Job summary

Qualifications

Cardiothoracic PCU Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

Provide expert care to progressive care patients recovering from cardiothoracic procedures, perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex cardiac and respiratory conditions, interpret telemetry, administer medications and infusions, and coordinate care with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary teams.

Patient Education & Support:

Educate patients and families, facilitate safe care transitions, and promote patient understanding.

Contribute to evidence-based practices, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development in an inclusive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
