Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care to cardiology stepdown patients transitioning from ICU to acute care.
• Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret patient data.
• Administer and manage cardiac medications.
• Support post-procedure recovery and monitor vitals.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, hospitalists, and care team.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, procedures, and care plans.
• Assist in safe discharge planning and patient preparedness to go home.
