Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking nurses for Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune Township, NJ. A current New Jersey nursing license and BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire are required, with at least 6 months of nursing experience or active participation in the Nurse Residency program.

Preferred qualifications include step-down progressive care, LVAD experience, ACLS, telemetry certification, and national certification.

Qualifications

• New Jersey nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience or active participation in the Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency program.
• Step-down progressive care experience preferred.
• LVAD experience preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
• Telemetry certification preferred.
• National certification preferred.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care and service based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required.
