Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team in Brick Township, NJ. The role emphasizes expanding knowledge, coordinating care, and mentoring other caregivers through delegation and evaluation.

Applicants must hold New Jersey RN licensure, BLS/CPR, ACLS preferred, and have 6+ months of nursing experience (or participate in the Nurse Residency Program); BSN preferred with potential to obtain within 3 years.

Qualifications

• New Jersey RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required.
• ACLS certification strongly preferred.
• Six (6) or more months of nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Two or more years of nursing experience highly desired.
• Telemetry experience highly desired.
• One year of Cath Lab experience highly desired.
• Critical Care experience highly desired.
• Interventional procedure area experience preferred.
• BSN preferred and/or willing to acquire within 3 years of hire.
• National certification preferred.
• Must learn quickly with strong teamwork and patient-focused care.

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required
• ACLS certification is strongly preferred
• Must have six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR must be an active participant with Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
