Health Marketing seeks an RN for Cardiac Telemetry in a 2/8 step-down unit located in Naperville, IL. Night shift runs 7:00pm–7:30am with rotating weekends and holidays, offering competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires an Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS within one year, with 1+ year inpatient experience preferred. Education options include an ADN with a pathway to a BSN within five years.

Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74/hour, based on experience and expertise

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized inpatient cardiac telemetry care, monitor patient conditions, and ensure high-quality nursing practices in a step-down unit. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe, personalized patient care and maintain compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred, with at least 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting
• Associate Degree in Nursing required; if highest degree is an Associate, must obtain a Bachelor's within five years
• Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, ACLS, and NIHSS within one year of employment

Key Duties:

Deliver comprehensive cardiac telemetry nursing, adhere to certification requirements, and participate in ongoing professional development. Maintain documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
