Staff RN – Open Heart Recovery

Provide high-acuity post-operative nursing care for cardiac surgery patients in a specialized recovery unit. Deliver continuous hemodynamic monitoring, manage ventilator care, and titrate vasoactive drips. Rapidly assess and respond to changes in patient condition, ensuring timely escalation when needed.
