Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is hiring a Staff Registered Nurse for the Cardiac SAU at INTEGRIS Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. This day shift, full-time position runs 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The RN will manage patient care delivery, documentation, and collaborate with licensed and non-licensed staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. You may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000, with front-loaded PTO and comprehensive medical benefits across the INTEGRIS network.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license (OK) or compact multi-state license required.
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Hospice: CPR required in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and update the plan of care.
• Implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care provided.
• Supervise and coordinate licensed and non-licensed staff in care delivery.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.

Responsibilities

The Staff Registered Nurse's management of the delivery and documentation of patient care includes, but is not limited to:

• Assessment/re-assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

• LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
• RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire - Hospice Only: Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association required in lieu of BLS
• Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
