INTEGRIS Health Edmond, Oklahoma's largest not‑for‑profit health system offers an RN – SAU – Day shift role in the Surgery team. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday with a 0900‑1730p call schedule.

As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process, may float to other units, and may be required to participate in on‑call status. The role requires population‑specific competencies and adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate for the level of patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and re‑assessment of patients
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation and evaluation of patient‑care interventions
• Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in patient care
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students

Mental Health staff must assist with physical restraint of patients, utilizing the identified Behavior Management Technique System. This position may have additional or varied physical demands or respiratory fit test requirements. Potential exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals and requirement to follow standard precautions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact member state
• BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (or CPR for hospice positions)
• Other certifications and competencies based on service‑line skill

Preferred Qualifications

• CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse)
