Requirements: Michigan RN license, BLS; ACLS for specified depts; BSN preferred with commitment to obtain BSN within five years; NCLEX eligibility; strong assessment, critical thinking and communication.
7 East provides services to older adolescent, adult, and older adult cardiac patients, acute and chronic Heart Failure patients, as well as medical surgical patients who require cardiac monitoring. Patients on the unit require close and frequent assessment and skillful and timely clinical interventions in order to achieve their treatment goals. 7 East is a 32-bed unit and the average patient age is 64.

Rotating Schedule - Day/Night Rotating; Day/Eve Rotating (8 & 12 hour shifts); 12-Hour Nights
Full time, Every Other Weekend and Every other Holiday per year required for Full-time and Part-Time team members.
Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.
